يرفع مسؤولو المؤسسة المستندات — لوائح، تعاميم، نماذج، مقررات، تقاويم، وغيرها — بصيغة PDF أو Word أو Excel أو PowerPoint؛ يقوم النظام بتحليلها وفهرستها تلقائيًا.
بعد تسجيل الدخول (عبر تسجيل دخول موحد وطني، أو رمز عبر الرسائل النصية، أو اسم المستخدم)، يطرح المستخدمون أسئلة بالفارسية ويحصلون على إجابات مع استشهادات قابلة للنقر تشير إلى المستند والصفحة الدقيقة. إذا لم تكن الإجابة موجودة في المستندات، يخبر المساعد بصدق — وتُسجَّل هذه الحالة ليضيف مسؤول المحتوى المستند الناقص.
