Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 2026-08-19

Introduction

At Fanpino, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your own data.

Information We Collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, organization name
  • Account information: login credentials, support tickets, subscription/order history
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited

Third Parties We Use

We rely on the following processors to run and improve the service; each has its own independent privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics — anonymized traffic and behavior statistics
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recording to improve usability
  • Cloudflare — content delivery network and edge security
  • A payment gateway (region-dependent), solely to process transactions; Fanpino does not store card details

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and support the services you've signed up for
  • Communicate about an order, ticket, or invoice
  • Send updates and news — only with your explicit consent
  • Analyze and improve site performance and security

Data Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. After a subscription ends, you can export your data for up to thirty days; after that it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law or tax/accounting requirements call for a longer retention period.

International Data Transfers

Depending on where you're visiting from, data may be processed on infrastructure outside your country of residence. In those cases we rely on the same named processors above, which maintain their own international security standards.

Data Protection

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS, access to data is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy of it (data portability)
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Opt out of processing

Nothing in this policy limits any rights guaranteed by the law of your country of residence (e.g. the GDPR in the EU).

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
