Acceptance of Terms

By using Fanpino services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our Services

Fanpino provides software development services, technical consulting, and software products. We reserve the right to modify or update our services at any time.

User Accounts

To use certain services, you may need to create an account:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Protect your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all account activities

Subscriptions, Billing and Tax

  • Subscriptions are sold monthly or yearly, paid in advance, and start as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • A subscription covers only the period paid for and does not renew automatically; continuing the service requires you to renew it.
  • Listed prices are in USD and are the exact amount charged through the payment gateway.
  • Listed prices include value-added tax. The net amount and the tax portion are itemised separately on the official invoice, at the rate set by applicable law.
  • After every successful payment an invoice is issued and available in your account.
  • For organizational purchases we issue a proforma invoice, and payment may be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected].
  • After cancellation the service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and stops afterwards.
  • No amount is refunded for a period already used, except as described under Refunds below.
  • You can export your data for up to thirty days after a subscription ends. After that, data may be deleted.
  • Fanpino may cancel a subscription, with prior notice, if these terms are breached or payment is not made.

Refunds

  • If, within 7 days of your first purchase of a product, the service does not work as described and we do not resolve it within that period, the full amount paid is refunded.
  • If an outage caused by us lasts longer than the committed availability, we compensate the affected period in credit or cash.
  • Payments made in error, or duplicate payments, are refunded in full.
  • Refunds are returned within 7 business days to the same card or account the payment came from. For organizational purchases, funds return to that organization's account.
  • Not refundable: development, deployment, data-migration and training work already performed; setup fees; and subscription periods during which the service was available and used.
  • To request a refund, open a ticket from your account or email [email protected]. Requests are reviewed and answered within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs on our website are owned by Fanpino and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Fanpino is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
